2003 x5, car won’t start cut wire!

Hello guys I have green 2003 x5 that won’t start. It has a bunch of misfires in 6,7,8 cylinders with fuel cut off as well as a bank 2 upstream 02 sensor. When I try to start it it kind of starts but the car shakes like CRAZY! I changed the 02 sensor & crank shaft sensor to no avail, then I found this cut wire & have no idea what it goes to! Anything helps! I’m going to post pictures. I’m using my phone so the upload might be weird.

Post some photos, that'll help a lot. Pull the car's codes, that'll give you a good idea as to where the issue is coming from.
