Post M50 Turbo MPG gauge questions with MSxx

    Hello guys

So what im asking about is if i can make the MPG gauge work with megasquirt ECU. I know that the mpg gauge will only work with factory ecu with the pulse width from injectors that the ecu sends, but i wanted to get it working with the megasquirt... Is it possible ?

    Thanks

My plug and play MS3 should do it natively when its used on a normal OBD1 vehicle. Mine is OBD2 and the cluster uses 2 wires instead of one so it doesn't work for my setup.

Yes, if you have some spare PWM output, it is possible.

You can found necessary info here (delete extra spaces):

Basically you have to have working speed input to gauge cluster from rear diff and then just add pwm signal simulating injector pulse. For this you can use spare pwm output of your ECU (depends on your specific install)
