e36 throttle help

When I start the car and let it idle for a couple of minutes the revs go up but just by one second.
Sometimes when the car is in first gear it gets weak for a couple of seconds too, like misfiring or something if I rev it it goes to normality, that happened only once in the last month and a half.

I have one of those OBD readers connected to my phone and the throttle never goes more than 70% even with the pedal to the metal.

So the E-36 ran from 1990 to 1998, and have a whole lot of different motors, from a 1.6l 8V engine to a 3.2l 24V engine. I would rather not be throwing darts in the dark here so we need to know the following:
