    Tires for cold DRY weather

I currently run Hankook Ventus S1's and will look to replace them when they are due
Any recommendations for an M roadster that will never drive in rain or snow but will be driven in cold temps below 40 now and then
Car is stored in a garage

    thanks

I for one am partial to the Continental ExtremeContact Sport. It's a relatively inexpensive tire that has excellent bite. I've driven my car in (just barely) below freezing weather with no issues. Tire wear is a bit of a concern; the fronts last 30+K miles, but the rears only last 15K.

Michelin Pilot Sport AS/3+. I’ve run the AS’s on an STI, and two S4s. Performance is very similar to the summers, good (non-squirmy) sidewalls, good in the wet, and has a compound geared toward below-40 temps.

    +1

Excellent tire for cold weather temperatures. Still has enough grip to scare me on turns!

I have the Michelin Pilot Sport AS/3 on my Mini Cooper JCW and they are excellent tires in all seasons.

thanks everyone, I like the concept of the DWS, my M doesn't get much mileage so anything will last a few years

    Excellent choice.
Report back once installed, I'm sure they will perform well for you.
