    Front Passeneger Window Regular Replacement

I’m replacing my front passenger window regulator and I’m wondering how to disconnect the glass from the regulator, to take the glass out.

My window is almost up all the way, and it for sure won’t go up. I think I can make it go down. Do I need to lower it, and will eventually see the bolts to remove? Do I need to somehow get it to go up all the way?

Thank you. I also disconnected my airbag, even though it says not too. Is that an issue?

As long as you reconnect before starting the car or turning key on it’s not a problem. If you start it with it disconnected the airbag light will come on and need to be reset.

When you get the regulator out, please tell me which pulleys failed (upper or lower). Curious.

You can cut the steel wire and the window will be free to move. That's what I've done.
