I'm pretty sure there is no need to code these.

I read all the previous threads on this before and I got stuck with two amps that had Nav and need coding, my 99 e38 has no nav. Or if someone wants to trade or buy?

For anyone who reads this... I had a tech come to my house and coded the amp to my car and it now works, the second amp was no good. The BMW tech was awesome $40 for the coding and 20 to come out. All set.
