As we all know, the general module is to blame for the great majority of our misfortunes. I sent to repair and the car worked perfect. No drain in a few days. My misfortune was having to leave the car at customs where a son of a b... broke the passenger window. When I picked it up, apart from the damage, the batteries were dead. I blamed that alarm must have been ringing for hours and drained.
The fact is that it is not like that. If I leave the interior light on it does not turn off after 15 minutes, so something keeps the module active. I have the doubt that the spare window was not genuine Bmw (which specifies whether or not it is built in alarm) and does not close the circuit causing batteries to deplete.
Could this be the cause? Otherwise all ideas are allowed ... apart from hanging the bastard who broke my window...
First of all, if you haven't replaced your batteries do it now - a battery that has been left at 0% charge will be damaged and you cannot do any quantifiable tests until you have a stable voltage source.
Once you have replaced both batteries then do some accurate current tests as detailed below:
