I have a 2007 335xi I had a humming noise last 1000 miles when I got home the humming stopped and thick white smoke is pouring out of my exhaust. The car has 150000 miles on it don’t know what it could be
It's only a wild guess without more information, but I'd suggest you may have had a turbo fail spectacularly. Do not drive the car - your oil is likely burning at an alarming rate, and you will destroy the motor if you drive it. Have it towed to a BMW specialist for proper diagnosis.

There's not enough information to tell you what's wrong. Where was the humming noise coming from? And when did it occur? Speed dependent? Engine speed dependent?
The thick white smoke pretty much says that you need to have the car flat-bedded to a BMW specialist shop. It's highly likely that your engine is ingesting a great deal of oil, which means you must not drive it. It may be from your crankcase vent system, a bad turbo, or something else entirely, but if you run the engine, with the exhaust billowing smoke, you will ruin the catalytic convertors, and maybe the engine too.

Thank you, Mr. Moderator.
Gman, thanks to our Moderator's help, I see now that this problem is 7 months old, and that you've had it diagnosed by a reliable BMW specialist shop, 7 months ago.
Your turbo was whining, way back then, and it was going into limp mode, and maybe you even had an HPFP issue too.
And now, seven months later, a turbo has most likely had a catastrophic failure. So let's assume you need both turbos, plus maybe an HPFP.
Quick check at Alldata says each turbo runs $3000, labor for both is 16 hours, that's ~$7600, plus an HPFP and install, lets just call that another $1000..
If the car is in good shape, it's worth less than it will take to repair, sorry. Turbos aren't cheap..
