Wanted to bump this and provide some additional detail. CCV hum only starts after car is warmed up, and after moderate throttle. If I put my hand on CCV valve and apply gentle pressure, the humming / vibrating stops, then starts right back up if I rev it a little.

No time to read your whole post, will do it later.
CCV humming.....sounds like a bad CCV. Was it a BMW part or aftermarket?

CCV Symptoms after Vanos Distribution Housing Replacement and Retiming

    Normally the CVV hums when
    1) it has failed, or
    2) there is a failure in the vacuum system.

Given that you replaced the CVV let’s assume it is good.
You replaced the hoses... did you examine the pipe under the manifold? It goes into the CVV on bottom left (with blue o-ring). You could have that set improperly (ask me how I know that happens). Another source is that pipe has a rubber section that can crack and fail. Get a light and a mirror and examine that section. During my TCG job I replaced it because mine (at 167k and age) was almost at a 30° angle and starting to fail.
There are worse cases but lefts start there.

And your noise? I need to reread your post...

Edit: bank 1 noise - try unplugging the solenoid and seeing if that impacts the noise. Just take the electrical lead off while engine is off. If impacted then swap solenoids to see if it a solenoid issue or something else.
