    Radiator

Wife hit debris on freeway and it penetrated the radiator. Ordered new radiator and it had a problem with the lower right hose connection. It read 17.3 MM and the original 16.4. Ordered new exalt number replacement. Now the upper right hose connection snaps in place and spring closed it fails to hold. Any suggestions? This is driving me nuts. My car is 2007 328i BMW,

    +1 for White94RX

If you ordered the exact same PN twice, and get two different fitments, something is off and needs to be explored. I've never had the displeasure of measuring my radiator hoses, so I can't speak to sizing, just the experience in general terms.

Next problem you may have is no heat. There is a thermostat in the radiator that controls the trans cooling loop. Don't be like me and cheap out on the radiator and have to do the replacement twice.
