Repalce rear speed sensor issues

From abs coñtrol unit I found rear sensor is bad. But I have difficulty to
1. Open the little connector box attached to the chassis. It seems should be opened from the below but it doesn't open. Couldn't find any info about it.
2. The screw is too rusty to unscrew with wd40. Should I buy a torch? My mechanic used torch to burn then hammer it for other parts.

Connector box will open (and likely break) if you work a flat head screwdriver around. Look closer and you can see the tabs that keep it shut.

ABS sensors are notoriously difficult to get out. Many people drill them out. Search here and/or Google as people have come up with all sorts of methods to varying degrees of success.

Ive had the best luck using a torch. Get it hot, spray penetrating oil on it, tap it with a hammer to aid in breaking it loose. Repeat these steps until it comes out.

Eventually went to the mechanics to learn some tricks. He used twist socket to crank it open. Also did rear brake pad replacement as my tool get blocked by the shocks. Replaced one sensor and ABS warning light is gone. Total bill is $75 for 2 hours. Not too bad.
