What tools can clone M5.2.1 ecu

Hi i need some help im looking for a flash tool that can clone M5.2.1 ecu off 98 540i, im not sure if Ktag can do that or is there any better tools out there that are not to expansive?

Is that the one that has 5 plugs?
What flash memory chip does it have? I have done the old version and newer one as well. Are you only looking to clone, or to simply replace dme?

yes its the one with 5 plugs, and dont know flash chip is in it, yes all i want to do is clone it and see how can it be Virgin.
