Remote starter install on a 2014 F34

I am hoping there may be someone here that has done an aftermarket remote start on their F34. I had asked the dealer if they could do it. They told me that if it did not come with one from the factory they won’t do it. Also warned me against having anyone installing one after market due to the complex electronic system, In the car. I also found weird that although I bought the vehicle used the original sticker is $55k luxury line and it had no security system installed. I find it weird because even the cheapest car on the market comes with a security system.

Remote starters are illegal in Germany, and as such, they will not be available on BMW. The immobilizer system is so complex that you will be very hard pressed to find any aftermarket remote start maker for these.

Off topic, it reminds me of my idiot neighbors, who have stupid mods to their trucks which make the cold starts very loud and obnoxious. And they also run them for "warmup" for 20+ minutes early in the morning... Usually in 50 deg weather!
