Can a 02/2002 BMW 330i e46 that has a 6 cd changer and a BMW business CD and is pre-wired for a cell phone be converted to a Bluetooth system?

Yes, if you ditch the cd changer. Why? The factory phone setup is archaic. It’s designed to work with an old analog mobile phone. The only way to add Bluetooth to that head unit is to install a Bluetooth device that utilized the cd changer interface. GROM is a good choice. They have a Bluetooth unit that piggybacks the connector at the back of the head unit.
