Hey guys, just joined today, use the non member of this forum for a lot of my other fixes, but this one im having trouble. Im throwing a p1188,1189,1478. Super rough idle amd choking while accelerating. Changed MAF and checked the CCV and no hoses are cracked or corroded tbh they got changed for a recall (i have the sticker). After installing the duralast MAF the idle got worse and now the car dies. Or itll hold at 1000rpm and die out. Not sure where else to look :/

Put a real BMW Siemens VDO MAF on, and do an intake smoke test to find your vacuum leaks.
