Looking for an OEM part number or quality aftermarket product that will work with my factory TPMS system. Are there any options that do not need to be programmed after install?
My current system is working fine, but I recently purchased a new set of wheels and winter tires and plan to have them mounted and installed next week.
Car is a 2014, 328d X-drive
BMW Part number 36106890964
433MHz system.

The German brand huf we have had good luck with, the ones at the tire stores we have not had good luck with.
Or from the original manufacturer:
HUF RDE017V21

Thanks Gang,
Is Amazon a good place to order is there somewhere better/cheaper?
https://www.amazon.com/HUF-North-Ame.../dp/B010FXGAHI
Also, do these need to be programmed by the dealer, or if the system is already operating properly with factory tires/wheels, and I add these sensors to a different set of factory (winter) tires and wheels, will they just be plug and play without any programming?
I'm not saying that Amazon is bible, but their vehicle compatibility says that they are not compatible with a 2014 328D Xdrive. Is there another part number to the one posted below, or is Amazon clueless?
I am, however, optimistic that they say that they do not need dealer programming.

tirerack is usually $40-$45. huf and beru are both oem
36106856209KT on ECS work ok on my 2015 F30 RWD. I just have to reset via idrive when I swap wheels.
Do you have a link for the page/part number. It didn't come up on an internet search.
https://www.tpms.com/Huf_RDE017_p/h0017.htm says the following:
"Check with dealer using VIN number as F30 chassis used both Huf and VDO brand sensors, THEY ARE NOT INTERCHANGEABLE!"
It was my understanding that both are 433MHZ systems, and they are (somewhat) interchangeable, as long as you go into the idrive and reset it when you swap wheels.
Amazon claims that the HUF RDE017V21 is not compatible and instead directs the Buyer to purchase this product: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...k_ql_qh_dp_hza
But the linked item is $5, and looks like a stem, not a sensor, despite claiming that it is a 433MHZ sensor. Anyone have any clarification to offer?
