Dinan Z3's - Anyone else have one?

I just received my badge after finally completing the paperwork. It made me wonder how many other people have Z3's with enough "points" to get the Dinan badge, and what their observations were?

Funny thing is, the instructions with the badge don't mention the 1.9L at all.

My Coupe has a few Dinan parts but I'm not sure if my car can make it to 10. I have stage 2 chip, CAI, and I'm gonna get the strut bar soon but they dont offer anything else for the 2.8 afaik. I have a used Dinan muffler lead I might be able to buy that would be nice too to upgrade from stock

Yeah, I have the Stage 3 chip, Intake, TB, and exhaust on mine. Process was easier than I thought to get the badge, as I had to fill out the form and then provide proof the products were installed on the car. This can be done by taking it to a Dinan shop or emailing them pictures. Helped that they had a record of the software fore my car from 2002 when it was installed. There are no parts for the 1.9L other than pedal covers and plate surround currently.

Way overpriced, but that sure does have some hard to find parts. The single potato shooter muffler and engine cover are $$$$ if you can find them.

I have that muffler I believe and I think there is a rough one on Ebay right now.

The engine decorations are quite impressive and would be great to have... but not for the price.

I have a Dinan muffler, so I'm basically track-ready. Ready for that special badge, too.

There’s a nice Dinan Z3 for sale near me.
Owner must have spent a lot at Dinan for all the mods.

Would have been cheaper to just buy an M

I too have some Dinan parts, however not enough points for a badge... yet I have a stage one tune, exhaust, and a strut bar. I was looking for a cold air intake for the S54, but no dice as of yet. I think I might be able to get a set of pedals soon, but we shall see. Only a few points left!!

Wow. Talk about marketing hype. Looks like you can get ten points without any performance enhancements. Am I missing something here?

How can you get to 10 with zero performance enhancements?

I picked up a Dinan strut brace a few days ago for a good price...only 9.76 points away from my badge. Oh wait, I didn't buy it directly from Dinan. I guess I'm still 10 points away.

Probably can’t. Seeing the alloy wheels worth 3 points just set me off. Please ignore my rant.

You don't have to buy from them I don't think, just prove they are on your car and in use.

I wish they made a strut bar for the 1.9L. I've got a racing Dynamics one for now though
