Yes, the SES light will stay on.

So what do I have to do?
Put tape over the SES light. /s
You’d have to install O2 sensor simulators. They’d fool the engine computer (DME) into thinking that the cats are working properly. O2 sensor simulators are now illegal. Why are you pulling the cats? Are they blocked?
yes they are blocked,I want to take them off.what about a new software? If I will install a new,in my country we call it uncat software, its only for cats,my Dinan software will delete?
Yes, you will lose your Dinan tune if you install new software. That said, if you can get a Dinan tune where you live, you can also order a pair of Magnaflow aftermarket cats; they're only $70 here, maybe someone in Yerevan can get these or something similar for you?

I believe that your cats are actually an integral part of the exhaust manifolds, so you're not going to be able to easily "delete" them. If, however, you're willing to put up with the SES light being on, and use tape over it, you can unbolt the exhaust at the rear of those manifolds, and use a long screwdriver and a hammer to shatter the ceramic, and allow it to fall out.
There you go; the right way, and the wrong way.

you can also have the tuner code out the rear o2 monitoring if you are intent on removing the cats....
of course, that doesn't solve the part about actually removing the cats - since, as chris points out, i believe they are integrated with the exhaust manifolds on this engine.
but, if you can solve that problem, you can easily put some magnaflow cats in the exhaust (simple weld in process) under the car. then, have a tuner tune out the rear o2 and you are done, and, you've still kept the environment somewhat happy!

There you go, SMBO....328 Power 04 can do this. He'll retain your Dinan tune, and fix the issue you're facing. Trust him, he's the best.
