525i 1990 BMW specs
BMW 1990 525/7 M20/Turbo done in 2001 by Ray Korman, he did a stage 3 engine rebuild: Bore 84.50mm, Stroke 81mm CR 8.5:1, blue printed/dyno & custom chip. Garrett T3 Turbocharger with integral, adjustable waste gate, Boost @ 6.5psi, intercooler, oil cooler, Original rims with older snow tires on car today. Dinan rims and new tires Yokahama AVS ES100 included as shown. UUC short shift/Rob nob, Rear wing, M mirrors, 3” Magnaflow exhaust.
Recent maintenance:
drive belt, tensor, camshaft seal & 0-ring, distributor cap, rotor, coolant, water wetter, water pump, thermostat, water hoses, front wheel bearings, center bearing, flex disk, vibration damper, centering sleeve, replaced differential, engine & transmission oil (Redline), front and rear brake pads and rotors, brake fluid, front & rear sway bar links, rear trailing arm link (dog bones), sub frame bushing plates (Racing king).
Dinan:
Intake manifold extrude honed ported and polished, three-piece aluminum Fiske/Dinan wheels, stage III suspension
Repair required:
Valves 5 and 6 have 50 PSI compression and require repair.
Parts and Accessories:
OEM: air filter box, tail lights, side marker and turn signal lights, front chrome kidney grills, gas pedal, brake and clutch pedals, side mirrors, brake handle, shift knob, emergency brake boot and glove box flash light.
New in Box: fuel filter, K&N oil filter, power steering reservoir, 4) polyurethane head light protectors, Bentley Repair Manual, 2) spark plug wire sets, 20) polished wheel bolts.
Accessories: Car cover, windshield sun cover
