What valve spring compressor for m62tu?

I'm planning to continue the 4.6 cams in a 4.4 measurements, does anyone know what spring compressor will work? (besides the $500 one)

No, that's why I rely on my machine shop to pop them apart.
Once apart, your going to measure spring pocket depth on both heads?
I was going to have my guys flow test one port on each head (4.6- 4.4) also.

I know there's a functional tool available or i'll make or modify one,

And yes I plan to measure the spring pocket depth on both heads

I did some research on this a while back. You need either the “reacharound” (who doesn’t need a reach around!?!?) or “bolt to the bench” style (not the spring grabber ones) but I do think generic ones can work with some care and ingenuity.

Watch out for that reach around, it might be a big grab, LOL.
I made an extension out of a piece of PVC pipe to use with my SBC valve spring compressor. I made a cutout in the sides so I could use a magnet to suck out the valve keepers. Not the best/quickest solution if your doing all of the valves but I only needed to pull a few to take measurements for 4.6 cams.
