ZF 4HP24 Transmission Questions

Transmission in my 1991 BMW 850i is dead. Cleaned out the Valve Body according to Shogun and it still shift hard and no reverse. Lots of shiny flakes in the trans fluid and a lot of sludge.

1. Need to Source one E-Bay and http://car-part.com/ have a good selection or if someone has one in the Midwest??

2. E32 750i transmissions are about half the price and much more plentiful. 750I Gear Shift selector is on the left. 850 is on the right. Any links to exactly what has to be swapped before I go down that Road?

call them with the 4HP24 serial number and they will tell you exactly what you need to convert the E32 4HP24 to E31
