1990 BMW E30 325i - Driver's Side Front Tire Doesn't Spin Freely

I just had my 1990 BMW E30 325i on jack stands with both front tires off (replaced control arm bushings). As I was remounting the tires, I noticed that the passenger side tire spins freely, but the drivers side does not. It spins, but not freely. The car seems to drive okay, and the brakes seem normal (no pull when brakes are applied).

Can anyone help me understand why this is happening and how I might take action.

its possible the pad on that side is dragging a little, or maybe the bearing needs to be regreased/replaced?

jack it up again and pull the wheel off and see if the pad id dragging. if its hard to tell, undo the two bolts holding the brake caliper on and swing it out of the way and spin the hub to see if it still has trouble. that will tell you if its the brakes or the bearing

You can also look for play in the front wheel to give you some indication if the wheel bearing is bad. You would do this with the wheel on so try that and do what superj said. Sounds like that should tell you your problem.
