The IX was sold over the weekend, a sad day for me but its was time to move on. I'm almost certain I'll want another e30 in the future, but the next time around will be a conventional RWD model.
My first. Sold to a friend not long after I bought it.
Day one with the second IX. Seven years later and now its going in for a full restoration by the new owner.

Good ones are getting harder to find - and if they are good are starting to go for a pretty penny..

even base model 325 are expensive now. it sucks.
talking of selling and buying. I am thinking of selling my 86 325 four door because between both of my son's having e30s as their cars, its expensive. keeping three as daily drivers and mod-ing for autocross, dang it.

Yea, they're appreciating and its probably the wrong time to sell but at the moment having the space is more valuable. It was sitting for way too long and starting to fall apart and it needed to be saved.Originally Posted by 95BMWIC

Are you going to replace it with anything?
I just couldn't sell - love it too much - I still Daily Drive mine (just put the snow tires on)..

No plans to replace it yet. I would definitely like to find another e30 in the future but first move before that is maybe buying a house. Then I'll have space for more cars
