SAP Delete + Tune Options?

I've been getting a P1412 on my 04 330i for a few weeks now. I've traced it down to the valve, which is a 60$ part. Not expensive at all to replace, but since I've been wanting to get a tune anyway to remove the top speed limiter, I've been wondering if I should just do the SAP delete along with it. My question is not so much about the delete itself, more so what my options are for getting it done. I know there are different companies out there that offer what I'm looking for, but I have no clue which one to trust. Basically, I'm looking for 3 things:

-SAP delete (remove code)
-Remove top speed limiter
-Engine tune (take drop-in filter into account and possibly new exhaust in near future)

If someone who has already gone through this process could chime in, I would appreciate that. I'm in NC if that helps.

Shark tune doesn't do the SAP delete unfortunately.

I know buildjournal and AA have tunes for the e46 m3 that meet your requirements, not sure about 330/m54 but couldnt hurt to check
