Hello I have a 2000 323i. As I drive the car sometimes when I’m going down a hill I set the car in neutral since it’s a 5 speed manual, but the problem is that the oil, battery, abs and Check engine turn on and then the car shuts off. After a short while I turn it back on and then if feels like it looses power. What can I do to fix this?

In a manual car as a general practice it's better to go down hills in gear. It makes the car easier to control and uses less fuel.
But aside from that, sounds like you have a problem with the idle. Any other complaints, like does it stall at traffic lights or any warning lights on the dash? Does it normally idle nicely?
Yes it has shut off at stop lights as well and it idle very smooth even after it shuts off, I was thinking about changing the crank and can shafts postition sensors but I not sure if that will help.
The first step in diagnosing a problem is to scan the engine computer (DME) for codes. You likely have vacuum leaks. Find a reputable indie shop that specializes in bimmers at www.bimrs.org and have the shop smoke test the intake.
I will try this thanks @MarcoZandrini
You’re welcome.
