i am wondering if this m tech front bumper would fit on a 95 525i? do i need any thing extra for it to work?

I don't see why not. I think you'd need the original side strips, plus m-tech license plate trim, tow hook covers, and brake ducts.

Any bumper made for any E34 fits every E34 (with the right extras). There are a lot of options. See the 4th post in the FAQ for details.
ECS is a good supplier. Buy with confidence although you may be able to find a used cover way cheaper on this forum.
