Electric valve vacuum line connections

Can anybody tell where the line numbered #7 in this diagram ends up? I know one end goes to the electric valve through the non-return valve. but where does the other end go?

To the intake manifold, on the underside.

Is it possible to reach the connection without removing the intake manifold? Anyone know of a diagram or photo showing that connection?

So, I was able to find the other end of the rotted vacuum line and traced it back to the back right (facing the engine from the front of the car) of the intake manifold. I was able to replace the line without removing the intake manifold. Thanks for the direction.
