Please help.. I have a series 1 e87 I have no power going to the fuses for my horn or my reverse sensor ? But ever now and again I can here a quiet clicking noise coming from behind the glove box ,when I can here the noise I have power cutting in and out if I hold the horn !?.its driving me insane. I took the car to bmw for a service recall a few weeks ago they done a service check befor it left said everything ok I tried the horn then maybe a few days later and it didnĀ’t work I called bmw they said they checked all those kind of things befor it left there. But it’s not happening all the time it works 1 min then don’t the next and like I said I can here that noise like a relay or something clicking not connecting properly. Please can some one help. Where is the horn relay? I have checked the fuses and done everything I can please some one help ???

Clicking could be the relay. How old is the battery? Do you have a digital volt meter? You need to check the voltage as whacky voltages cause whacky issues.
A fully charged battery will produce a voltage of about 12.6VDC. That voltage will increase to about 14.4VDC with the engine revving at 2000rpm.
