    Seat Belt Sockets Stuck

I just bought a second hand 2 series coupe and I’ve just noticed that the seat belt sockets are stuck below the back seats.
This is probably a stupid question but is there an easy way to get them out?

The back seat bottom cushion is easy to remove. Put both front seats in their forward most position. Put your back against one of the front seats. Grab the seat bottom cushion where it meets the carpet. Push back (towards the trunk, errrr boot) on the seat cushion, and then lift up.
