INPA works when I use CARSOFT before

Hi, no one can help me on the Polish forum, so I write here. I bought RS232 cables on OBD1. I installed EDIABAS 6.4.5, and set ADS. Unfortunately, INPA works only if I use CARSOFT before. If i run INPA without first running CARSOFT then INPA will not connect to the interface. I connect the cable directly under COM1 and I use Win XP 32Bit. In INPA does not shine battery and ignition, but can be connected under ABS, EWS, AIRBAG.
