Wondering how much more, if any it would be worth over one with sunroof.

The rarity of an option short of paint colour or interior is not a real factor in pricing. People have been looking for an answer for the number on the forums for a long time though with no conclusive answers how many were produced.
I mean, realistically its like trying to find how many came with power seats, its just an option and isn't likely to be categorized so specifically.

Yeah unless it's a LTW it probably doesn't matter much. People who are gonna drive the cars on the street probably want a sunroof or don't care, and track people who care about the weight savings can just delete it fairly easily and are buying cheap shells/cars anyways.
