Hi!
First post on this forum and didnt really know where to go but I think I might I'm at the right place (feel free to redirect me)
So I am about to buy a 1988 325ix and eventually I will be looking to give this little guy more power. Looking to get around 300whp and I heard lots of stories around the ix's. Is it a good idea and what is the best way to boost this little guy?
Also can the stock parts take the 300whp? Or I'll need to change other parts?

I know people have done it. Probably get better info on rv3limited. Not many e30 people here. The motor will not be an issue with a couple modifications. I had a turbo m20 many years ago
