Angel eyes not working, drivers side F30

Hi, bit of a newbie here.

Drivers side halo rings went out on me awhile ago. I' m pretty sure they are Bi-Xenon (2014 328i F-30), as car came with lighting package.

Question is , are they wired in series, i.e. one goes out and the other goes too?, Am i looking to replace the light rings or is it most likely the power pack or similar.? Do the rings themselves light up or is it a bulb that throws light into the rings?

Also noticed when it rains a lot or i wash the car I get condensation in that one headlamp.

can anybody direct me to a DIY on testing and replacing these? .

    thanks for you help.

Anybody know which fuse is it that controls the Halo lights? Though I could start there.
