Hey guys, my first post so bare with me, just bought a 2015 X5 X Drive 35D and wow is it a sweet machine. Torgue out the ying yang! Right now it has a staggered tire arrangement: Pirelli P Zero run flats, Front 275 40 R20 and Rears 315 35 R20's. I would like to put the same size tires all the way around so that I can rotate them regularly as in past cars. Routine rotation increases tire life and makes me inspect the brakes and bonding surfaces between wheel and hubs regularly. I would like to know if these tires have the same circumference? Are the rear rims wider than the front rims? Would it be possible to put say, 285 40 R20 all the way around? (Plus the 315 35 R20's are like $60 bucks more per tire!) Thanx in advance for any input, I appreciate your help. HF Hop Collin

Tires are the same circumference but the rims are wider in the rear. I’d suggest to not try to go that route; keep the staggered figment. I have the same vehicle with the staggered size and they are all wearing very equally. You have to replace all 4 at the same time anyway so stay with factory sizing. The extra $60 over the life of the tires is well worth it.
