    M62 and M60 Parts

Breaking down a 180k m62b44 here out of a 97 540i. Was told by previous owner engine needs head gasket, but I suspect he was wrong. No coolant was mixed with the oil and no milkshake to be found internally. I never bothered to test the motor as I was just after the 6 speed trans.

    Long block - $150
    Wire harness (6 speed manual) - $100
    Coils - all 8 for $50
    Alternator - $50
    DME - $50
    Intake manifold - $100
    Valve covers - $70
    Starter - $60

Anything else just ask! I will be breaking the engine down to a long block so just about everything is for sale.

Also have a few parts from a 95 m60 here:

    Engine harness(auto) - $100
    Exhaust manifolds - $50
    IACV - $30
    Starter - $50

I take it you don't have the intake manifold from the M60?

Edit - was doing a search, didn't realize this was an old post. My bad.

All good sir. I didn't realize that this was an old post until after I commented. If you come across an M60 intake, give me a shout!
