Please help. Need advice 2009 528

So I just purchased a 2009 528 I and have a few questions. 1st does anyone know whether I can change the actual gear shift. Everything works fine it's just that 1 part of the handle metal is striped of and the P on top is coming is kind of stripped off so I was wondering if I could just replace the handle itself thank you so much

I am not sure about replacing just the plastic, but I know that you can replace the whole gear selector. Here is a link to a gear selector that could be on your car, is this what you are looking for?
