A (somewhat) recent addition to the family has cancelled all my long-delayed projects and created a more pressing need for space. Hence, I am clearing out all the parts I've hoarded for the past 13 years to help make some.
These are parts that I've acquired through any number of channels over the years because I thought they were cool, thought I might need them some day, thought I'd never get a chance to buy again, or just somehow ended up with extras of. If you have any questions about an item, please reply to the thread. Someone else might have the same question and I can clarify for everyone in one shot. If there isn't a photo for an item, it is coming.
Prices do not include shipping. Most items are large or odd-shaped, so they are hard to estimate without overcharging. If you have your own shipping account and want to use it, that's fine with me. You can send me a label and I can have things picked by FedEx, USPS, or UPS at work. If you want to pick it up locally, you are more than welcome. I'll even cut you a break on the price for saving me the hassle of packing. Shipping times will vary and may not be immediate. I will do my best, but I have nearly zero free time lately and it may take a few days for me to get packing materials rounded up and boxes shipped. Fair warning. US shipping only, please.
Payment is accepted via Zelle, PayPal, or cash. If you prefer another method, let me know and we can try to work something out.
On to the items...
Headlights (set) - $300
Stock headlights. Originally early amber-corner, but I baked them and swapped the corners with OE clear versions. ALL tabs are 100% intact. Zero cracks. The lenses need to be polished and cleaned. There are no significant rock chips, but you can see the standard hazing near the top. This will come out perfectly with a good polish. I planned to polish them myself to improve the sale price, but I'd rather move them now than spend the time. Does not include bulbs.

Tail light (set) - $60
Stock amber tail lights. All gaskets included. Perfect condition. Polished and waxed.
Tail light (clear) - $30
Clear passenger-side tail light. No gaskets. Non-obvious crack in the lens on the inboard-side.
SOLD - Hammann tail lights (set) - $150
New and unpainted, Unobtainable and rarely even photographed. I thought they might be cool to swap in some round LED modules into, but never got around to it. They are complete with the original back covers. The original gaskets are included, but some should probably be replaced. These may require some modification to install.
Non-M side gills (set, excellent) - $100
Factory-painted Cosmos Black. Includes all clips. Paint in great shape.
Non-M side gills (set, good) - $75
Factory-painted Cosmos Black. Includes SOME clips. Paint has some minor scratches.
SOLD - M side gills - $100
1 set available. New and unpainted, as they come from the dealer. Includes gill, chrome piece, and ///M badge. No clips are included.
M rear license plate panel - $100
Factory painted Estoril Blue. Excellent condition. S54 ///M badge attached and included. The original double-sided mounting tape is on the back, but will need to be replaced. No lights, or other components included.
M rear euro license plate panel - $100
New and unpainted. Euro version. Original double-sided tape is attached to the back and is unused.
SOLD - Z3/M shifter carrier and selector rod - $30
Same part used on all M and non-M Z3's. Includes a used nylon shifter bushing (installed).
SOLD - Emiata replacement soft-top window - $50
New. Removed from the box just for photos. Slightly-tinted version. Includes glue, thread, zipper pulls, everything you would have gotten from Emiata directly.
SOLD - Roadster subwoofer enclosure - $50
Early dual-woofer version, rebuilt with MB Quart woofers. Includes the "snorkel". Great replacement if your stock one rotted out.
SOLD - Stoptech braided brake lines (set) - $70
New. For M's only.
SOLD - Lotus micro mirror and adapter - $100
Tiny all-metal aftermarket Lotus rear-view mirror and the required BMW adapter. Perfect condition.
Mark 1 arm rest - $150
Good condition. LeatherZ padded Alcantara covers. Covers are missing one of the useless "tab" on the underside.
Mark 1 arm rest - $120
Good condition. Covers are black leather/blue stitching prototypes by Redline. They didn't turn out as well as I had hoped and will need to either be removed or otherwise fiddled with.
Factory floor mats - $40
Original non-embroidered floor mats. Good condition.
SOLD - Door handle surrounds - $20/pr.
2 pairs available. New in dealer packaging.
Washer nozzles - $10
1 pair. New in dealer packaging. Non-heated version.
Sold - Factory HK midrange door speakers - $15
Working when removed. No connectors.
3-spoke steering wheel - $100
Factory extended leather (dream red?) cover is damaged. Purchased from a totaled non-M to have it re-covered and never got around to it. May be possible to clean up, but I assume most people would be looking to wrap over it. Does NOT include the pictured clockspring.

With regards to the headlight project parts, if you are interested in them, send me a PM. There is a lot of stuff there that isn't shown or described completely. I kinda just bought everything I could get my hands on to use for spares and mock-ups, then ordered piles of new stuff from TRS to try. I'd be happy to work with you to get you all the information that you'd want. I would prefer to sell it as a lot, but if there was interest for chunks of it, I would be happy to discuss the options.

What large items can I get cheap for wall decorations?
White is Right, Steel Grey is OK, but Estoril is the only color that truly matters.

I have a complete Estoril roadster trunk assembly hanging on my wall, but I'm not sure I'm going to let that one go.

I removed the headlight parts from the listing. I am reassembling them into a mint 1999 set (clear corners and glass lenses, like in my signature), selling the projector parts separately, and selling whatever parts remain as a lot.
