Indulge a first time compression test.

Going through steps to conclude blown head gasket so I did a wet compression test. By that I mean I do not disable fuel.

FROM 1-6 (front to rear) PSI readings ( using an Autozone rental tool so imagine it’s not all that accurate)

    94
    90
    90
    80
    90
    88

numbers are not 100% on the number as the gauge only showed 90 and 120 as the closest benchmarks.

seems low but sort of universally low.

will re-do cylinder 4 to check for different reading.

    opinions please?

Those numbers are not worth anything .You did not do the test correctly. You need to pull the fuel pump fuse and repeat the test using the correct procedure.

Get a better gauge with better markings or better yet get the coolant tester that detects combustion gases in the coolant simpler and easier
