I'm selling a 2015 BMW 328i XDrive I purchased in April as a certified Pre-owned car. I just found out my wife is expecting, and it looks like I'm going to need to get a more baby appropriate vehicle.

It's a fully loaded car. It has the luxury line package which includes 18" alloy wheels, gloss trim around the windows, chrome accenting, chrome tipped exhaust, sport trim steering wheel, and burled wood trim throughout the interior.
It has the cold weather package which includes front and rear heated seats, high speed washers for the front lights, and a heated steering wheel.
It has the driver assistance package which includes the full screen backup camera with sensors that assist with parking (park distance control).
It also has the navigation feature, a sunroof, and keyless entry.
It has 9,000 miles left on the original warranty and I purchased a transferable warranty at the dealership which covers the vehicle for 84 months or 100,000 miles. So, the additional warranty will be valid until 2022 or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. This is a transferable warranty. There is a list of other benefits at P&W like one free key replacement per year for three years, complimentary loaner car, valet services, etc.
No accidents. All tires are relatively new with about 3-4,000 miles on them. Brakes and everything else were new when I bought it as a certified Pre-owned car with 37,500 miles on it. It gets good gas mileage and has an eco, comfort, and sport mode that you can switch on the fly.
The transferable warranty cost me $3800. It also has weathertech floor mats that will be included with the car. I'd like $25,000 for it which I think it reasonable given the mileage, warranty, and condition of the car. I'm open to offers but not interested in a trade.
