FS: E32 1989 750iL (Needs to be towed) Make Me a reasonable Offer

I have a 89 E32 750iL that i bought from a friend that moved out of state, he couldn't take it and didn't know enough about the car to do any type of repair on it. The car has sat for the better part of 7 years doing a whole lot of nothing. When he bought the car he put brand new rear self level shocks and a new driveshaft carrier bearing on it. It has had a battery draw from the day he bought it so its just been sitting on a tender in my garage since i got it as i put a brand new battery in it and don't really want it to go to crap. I can get the car to start and idle with a little coaxing, im sure it needs a good going over and tune up, im used to the 740's and smaller BMW cars so this this is just turning out to be WAY WAY WAY more than i have time, energy or money for. The body is in really decent shape for its age, the interior is in really decent shape, has alot of service records with it. The only other things besides needing a good going over and tune up would be that the gauge cluster doesn't really work, wont show miles, nor does the OBC work. I really don't know what this car is worth, im just thinking that I would like it to go away and id really rather not send it to a junkyard. it does have almost brand new tires on it, brand new brakes and calipers on all four corners as well as all the components to re-do the entire front suspension arms( thrust arms, controls arms) so on and so forth. I don't have any pictures of the car, i do have the rear seats out of the car currently trying to find the power draw, with no avail. It really is a very nice car, i would really love to be able to drive it and enjoy it, but as of right now i think that i am quite a ways over my head on not only money, knowledge and time. Make me an offer, as it sits the car would have to be towed from Sheboygan Wisconsin. I can also get pictures, just let me know what you want to see and i will do my best to get them in the garage.
