Unable to read DMEs through ADS.

I've got a Tiny ADS hooked up to my 1995 750il's ADS port. I can't read the DMEs. When I try selecting the 5.2 DME, left or right, it just times out and freezes. 5.2.1 gives me an error.

It will actually go into the menu for the 5.2 with ignition on, though the menu options never appear and it just freezes. When the car's running, it just errors out and never goes into that menu.

Sometimes I get a "file creation error" or something along those lines and INPA crashes. What's going on?

Yeah, I get a window that pops up on my XP laptop with a serial port, btw, that reads "OpenConnection

CreateFile_Error" when trying to read the DME.

I hit "ok" and I get an Error #18 - IFH-0008 controlunit connection error.

M73 EML opens and reads fine.

Oh, huh. I just spammed it to keep processing the script on the IFH-0008 error and now I can actually read it...?

Update: I was just reading live data when I started the car. It froze, booted me to the DME main menu, and now I have a IFH-0009 error.

I'll try the yes spam again, annnnnd.... I have access to the menu, though I hit f5 and woop now there's an IFH-0010 error. Data transmission to controlunit disturbed.

Is there any specific reason as to why I have to spend 10 minutes restarting INPA because it crashes trying to communicate with my DMEs? Or am I just going to have to live with it?
