Thanks for the link... I’ve been talking with the owner who has sent me some more pics... interior needs work but body looks clean.
Only thing that is putting me off seeing the car is I’m in CA and am worried about SMOG. The car has no cats and runs carbs... any ideas on passing SMOG?

00H0H_fXbAySKHKPE_1200x900.jpgParting out my 1982 BMW 320i S-Pak car. This was the parts car for my other E21 but I need the garage space back so I am going to part it out and then send it to the crusher. Engine is mostly complete but the head gasket is blown. Glass and body parts are good except for the grill; hood is slightly dinged.
Bavauto sport springs (H&R) with Bilstein sports; ~5K miles, not cleaned so you can see that they are not leaking. $450
Original S-Pak unbreakable urethane front spoiler; only selling this because I have an extra; curbs mean nothing to this spoiler, all bolts in excellent condition. $500
Not as nice front spoiler; one bolt is broken off and 2 others still have the nuts on (spoiler was removed by cutting metal from valence). Still unbreakable and rare. $300
S-Pak trunk lid; debadged from the dealership, not including tool kit: $300
S-Pak giant tool kit (rusty, missing some tools): $200
S-Pak giant tool kit (excellent condition): $500
Set of 4 S-Pak rims with correct 205-60-13 tires in good condition: $600
Set of 4 S-Pak rims w/o tires (not as nice as the picture but not terrible): $300
S-Pak kick panel with fog light switch: $300
S-Pak 3-spoke steering wheel: $400
LSD rear diff (In car; I will help you pull it): $1000
Getrag 240 5-speed: $700
Getrag 245 5-speed (In car; I will help you pull it): $1000
Complete driveline: $200
Houndstooth/black door panels $300 for the pair including arm rests. The drivers side has a small tear at the bottom (see last photo).
Standard seats (not recaro) from my other E21: $300 for the pair including seat covers. The drivers side has a small tear near the shoulder; passenger has no tears.
Left or right headlight grill: $50 each
Recaro seats: not for sale unless you want to pay the silly prices that people pay for these
Other parts: Standard E21 prices; I still have an almost complete car plus extra stuff; what do you need for your E21 or 2002?
'81 E21 320i / '90 E30 325i / '̶9̶2̶ ̶E̶3̶4̶ ̶5̶2̶5̶i̶t (sold) / '15 Toyota XW30 / '̶̶8̶0̶ ̶E̶2̶1̶ ̶3̶2̶0̶i̶A̶ (sold)
they seems pretty steep to me. I know those parts are going up in value but not that quickly!
Prices are high, but he's probably anticipating the craigslist "negotiators". Lol. I bet he'd take 50-75% of his asking price, which makes the numbers a little more reasonable. I know I price CL stuff that way most of the time.
I wanted to get $60 for something I wanted to sell, so put it on CL, priced at $120 and said make offer, must sell. So I got offered and paid $80.
