Some how messed up my speedometer

Hey so today i was messing with my stereo trying to install a new one well i found out i cant do that bc i dont have the piece to even plug in the wiring harness but thats not what i am here for right now. So my problem is i tripped the fuses and my rpm gage and speedo stopped working i replaced the fuses and now everything but my speedometer works in my gage cluster it was working before i tripped the others i am wondering what could be wrong. i haven not been able to find any information about a similar problem. Any help would be awesome and wish me luck tomorrow when i try and fix it.

on my car, the plug above my left knee doesn't sit tight and I have to wiggle it to get my speedo to work. everything else works fine but the speedo won't read till I wiggle it. its the one that plugs vertically into the back of the cluster, right next to the speedo housing.

(and I have to hit my dash to make the temp gage move. it seems like it sticks when sitting for a while so I give it a love tap and it starts working again)
