E90 Injector Tip Broken Off During Removal and Stuck

Car was dumping gas all of a sudden, pulled engine cover to diagnose leak as coming from rearmost injector. Pulled said injector, tip is broken off and remains in cylinder head. Any idea on best way to safely remove without it dropping into the cylinder?

Somebody will probably have a better idea, but I'll share one I thought up out of nowhere....

What about rotating the engine until both valves are closed, remove the spark plug, use an adapter that lets you connect an air hose to the spark plug hole, and give it a sudden shot of 100PSI pressurized air? Should blow everything outwards.

That is a very probable solution that I like way better than going full Feck it mode and just plugging the high pressure line and cranking it hoping compression and that it would do it on its own 🤣
