Show me.... 02 WS6 Wheels on an E36?

Can't find this anywhere. My 'rents have an 02 firebird TA WS6, and have an extra set of WS6 wheels (one set ended up with a cracked wheel that I'm getting repaired).
    Wheel specs:
    17x9
    ET50
    hub 70.3

I would run a ~15-20mm spacer, turned down to the 70.3 hub.

Here's the wheel I'm talking about, specific to the 2002 WS6 transam.

Can’t you just get the centers bored out ? Then you could run a spacer . Or just sell those to a GM person and #Profit ?

You will need a spacer with that offset and the fronts will be a bitch to fit without a good bit of camber

Interesting. Spacers will address the offset. Hub adaption could be part of custom spacers or you could bore the hubs. What do the wheels weigh?

Yep, plan would be to adjust the hub bore in the spacer. - and spacer would of course fix the offset problem. The wheels are worth too much to machine them.

...and they're 19lbs from my reading :o not sure if I believe it...I'll have to measure.

I honestly just want a unique wheel for my vert, have always loved these since they came on my mom's, and want a strong 5 spoke (sold some borbet type E wheels and miss them, they're very similar).

You should be able to use these with a 70.3 spacer https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?m...2F272724831579

I need something like this, only from 72.56 to 70.3 (luckily I have friends with lathe...).

Seems like you could buy better looking wheels that actually fit for the same money as custom adapters and spacers.

you are probably very correct, however I have these (sorta) already. And...I think I have at least one pair of spacer lying around that I could turn.

...And I've been looking for a 'strong' 5 spoke...and in BFE Illinois there aren't a lot of options. Car already has Rondel #58's, so they are a good backup.

19 lbs is light for a factory 17x9!
