Coolant leak HELP!! E46 323i automatic

Leak is from expansion tank bracket. Is their a o ring inside their ?? I made the screw to hold it in as tight as possible but it still leaks only when engine is hot after I test driven it. Is their air in my system do I just need a flush? Is it from overfilling tank??http://s1380.photobucket.com/user/Miguelatl1999

You can’t fix the leak by replacing an o-ring. You need to replace parts to fix the leakS properly. You likely need an expansion tank bracket, an expansion tank and cap. Do not install aftermarket cooling system parts! That’s a sure fire way to overheat the engine. Try FCPEuro for quality parts.
