I changed the pads and rotors on all 4 corners and now have a "check pad wear" error message (i.e. bad sensor value). Can s/o confirm that they are are normally conductive (OK=continuity) senors if working properly. Thanks Grady
One sensor on each axle on the same loop. If either is worn thru, it will generate the warning. I pinched one of my wires in half last time I did the rotors. I just twisted the conductors together to remove the warning.
Thanks Mr. Mayor. I replaced the two sensors so either one didn't get mounted correctly, or is defective. But so nice to stop cleanly with no wobble!!! And all in - 1/2 a Saturday and less than $300 for 4 drilled and slotted rotors, new ceramic pads , SS brake lines and new sensors plus we did a complete brake fluid replacement and bleed.
