i have a problem with the cluster all the gears are crumbled and need to be replaces in the speedometer,
anybody have an idea who works on them ,
really appreciated for your help

There are good tutorials on the internet. I replaced the gears in my e28. Requires patience, but very do-able if you have the average amount of mechanical ability.
