Going to try and salvage this but not sure if its past the point of no return. Front seats to be redone with autoberry.

The OEM door interior panels are like $400-500 new, but there's tons of these in varying conditions floating around forums and ebay. With a little digging I'm sure you can find a replacement which is substantially better than that for not a lot of $.

Thanks. I looked around and found mostly garbage unfort. Does 500 get the entire panel or just that section?
My rear deck faded to blue and bmw wants 600 for that

Re-paint the rear deck with some 3M carpet/upolstry paint. I redid my purple deck, looks better than factory.
Actually ur right mine is closer to purple than blue
Hoping the autoberry leathers bring a fresh scent to the interior

Worth trying leatherique on these pieces?

I guess it can't hurt? It's either try to DIY some sort of repair using leatherique or whatever to smooth/fill/paint, or replace the entire panel. That said, I'm not convinced it would turn out very well. It'll be hard to fill/smooth that damage and then get it painted/textured to match the rest of the leather.

Do NOT Leatherique. It’s a crap product.
Because you have a sedan, BMW sells the inserts separate.
