Here's a listing of all the lamps with part numbers. From there you should be able to find the ones you're looking for. https://www.bimmerforums.com/forum/s...1#post26757741
I'd recommend getting all the ones marked Instrument in the quantities listed. This should be enough to replace all the lamps when you pull the cluster to replace them. You'll have a few extras when you're done.

and don't do led in the cluster. my son did it and had to pull them all and put back in regular bulbs a few days later because led don't shine 360 degrees so he had black areas on the cluster
No e30s again.
If you get the right LEDs they work great, just have to pay attention to the viewing angle of the bulb. I got some LEDs with a 220 degree viewing angle for my cluster and they work great. They work great with the dimmer as well.

I think these may work for the cluster backlighting, but not 100% sure as it's been a while since I replaced them.
EDIT:
My notes say:

The instrument cluster backlighting lamps are T10 size.
Osram 2821 12V 3 watts
Wedge base T10 size: 9.5-10.3mm diameter, 6.1mm long base, 20.7mm bulb
22 lumens
and the LEDs in the link list 2821 stock number. As always though confirm before buying.
